how do I track my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel using the Order Tracking link below.
You can also log into your account to track your parcel.
Customer service is very important to us. We will endeavor to ensure all products are in stock. In the event where we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you within 24hrs of placing your order.

- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form which is on the back of your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, please download a copy by logging into your account.
- Post your unused products and Return/Exchange Form back to us (please note we do not accept empty bottles).
- Your Refund will be processed within 24hrs of us receiving the goods. We will send an email to notify you. Please allow 3-5 days for the money to appear in your account.
