Turn around times are dictated by a first in, first out basis as well as the complexity and size of the document.

As far as possible we seek to have all documents returned within seven days of being received. Where this is not possible, or for larger jobs (e.g. multiple documents) we will provide you with a custom estimate for completion.

Wherever possible we will use document tracking to record all changes. You will then have the option of accepting or rejecting any changes we have made to your document.

We have access to software with optical character recognition and can, in most cases, transfer the original material into a usable format such as a Word document.

Where this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss other options.

We are currently working on allowing multi-file upload and download from our site. In the interim simply zip your files into a single folder and upload.

We can work with WinZip, 7-Zip and the default windows zip format.

Write Safe has its own dedicated document server. You can upload your document directly to this server via our website. Once your document is ready, we will send you a download link for the file.

No. Write Safe uses local employees with strong written communication skills and experience.

We are human and know that occasionally mistakes can be made so we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review your document and accept or reject any changes we have made.
